Grid Start Guacamole & Corn Chips
A fresh avocado snack with bright citrus flavours and crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Directions:
Mash avocados in a bowl.
Stir in lime juice, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
