No-bake energy bites packed with berries and oats for quick, sustained fuel between busy moments.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup blueberries or raspberries

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Coconut flakes if desired

*Serves 12 bites.

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Stir until fully combined.

  • Roll mixture into 12 small balls.

  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
