Every great race deserves a celebration. This fresh harvest flatbread combines vibrant produce with savoury flavours and a touch of Canadian maple sweetness, creating a lunch worthy of a victory lap around the table.

Ingredients:

  • 2 naan breads or flatbread

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 zucchini, shaved into ribbons

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

    • Fresh basil leaves

    Maple Balsamic Drizzle

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil½ cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
