Victory Lap Harvest Flatbread

Ingredients:
2 naan breads or flatbread
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 zucchini, shaved into ribbons
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves
Maple Balsamic Drizzle
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil½ cup Greek yogurt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, zucchini, and onion.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Whisk drizzle ingredients together.
