Stroll’s Strawberry Mango Fuel Smoothie
A race-day essential built for energy, hydration, and recovery.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Strawberry, hulled
1 ripe Banana
1/2 cup mango chunks
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 cup ice
Directions:
Add strawberries, banana, mango, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
