Morning Warm-Up Overnight Oats
A morning warm-up staple: high-protein overnight oats packed with Canadian berries for sustained race-day energy.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk or oat milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup fresh Blueberry
1/2 cup sliced Strawberry
2 tbsp granola
Directions:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with blueberries, strawberries, and granola.
