Berry Recovery Yogurt Parfait
Layered with fresh, Canadian-grown berries for a naturally sweet and nourishing recovery boost.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
1/4 cup granola
1–2 tsp honey
1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks (optional)
Directions:
In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt.
Layer with half of the berries and granola.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
Drizzle with honey and top with dark chocolate chunks if desired.
Serve chilled.
