Grand Prix Harvest Pasta Primavera
Inspired by the colours and energy of race day, this produce-packed pasta showcases the best of the harvest season. Loaded with fresh vegetables and tossed in a light garlic-parmesan sauce, it's a family-friendly dinner that's ready to take the podium.
Ingredients:
12 oz whole wheat penne pasta
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
2 cups grilled chicken, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
