Fresh Fuel Green Smoothie
A refreshing green smoothie packed with fruit and hydration to kickstart the day like a race morning.
Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 ripe banana
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup ice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:
Add spinach, apple, cucumber, banana, coconut water, ice, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately chilled.
